Jader Rules

DISCORD RULES

- No harassment or guilting of other members will be tolerated on our Jader Discord. Doing so will earn you either a temporary or permanent ban from the group according to the severity of the matter or refusal to stop.

- Do not guilt: To clarify, this means to make (someone) feel guilty, especially in order to induce or manipulate them to do something whether it be intentional or unintentional. In this case, it is often to guilt others into gifting Jaders, dropping out of auctions, not continuing to bid, making others feel bad for bidding or winning etc. Doing so, despite multiple warnings to stop, will result in a permanent ban.

- No harassment will be tolerated behind the scenes or secretly on the Discord/site/or DA. This means if you attack others or send messages to harass and/or guilt them about their Jaders or anything else privately so others can not see your messages, then you will be subject to our rules which can result in a permanent ban from the group as a whole and/or from the Eldemore site.

- If you are being harassed by others, or have witnessed others being harassed/bullied/or guilted, screen grab all the evidence and submit it for review by the admins of Eldemore/Discord. Any reports given to us from discord will be treated the same way as on Eldemore. Actions and punishments for breaking our site and discord rules will be handled swiftly with the individuals involved depending on evidence, severity, and/or refusals to stop despite multiple warnings given.

- Do not secretly message individuals behind the scenes to guilt, harass, or bully them for winning auctions, raffles, breedings or anything else to do with the Jaders. If you are found doing this you will be banned permanently. 

- Treat your fellow members of the discord chat with respect. Do not come on this chat to start fights or verbally and mentally harm others. If anyone is caught doing this you will be banned.

- Permanent bans will result in your Jaders being retired. This means you will no longer be able to use them with our group, breedings, activities etc. ever again. A retired Jader essentially no longer exists or is canon to the Jader group. Though you still own the png's you will not be permitted to ever use them here again by any means, nor will trading or gifting them to others be permitted. You will also be blocked by the founder and co-founder and will not be permitted access or interaction to our works on DA again.

- Temporary bans are essentially treated the same. You will have no contact with our discord and will be banned from the group for an extended period of time that is specified. Your Jaders will not be permitted to breed and you will not be allowed to reserve any breedings, growth slots or participate in any group activities and so forth. You will only be temporarily banned once. Take this time out away from our group and discord to think about what you have done and understand that you have no more chances after this. If you do decide to come back you will only be permitted to rejoin if you remain respectful and courteous of others and their Jaders at all times. If at any point you cause any upset or break any of our rules again you will be banned permanently to the full extent.

JADER GROUP RULES

- Do not harass or guilt auctioneers about the auctions they win or participate in. If you are being attacked by others for simply winning a particular Jader please do not hesitate to report the individuals who are doing so to the admins. This falls under our no harassment rule which we take very seriously and can earn you a permanent ban. Auctions are done fairly and those that participate and win said auctions have every right to keep and own their Jaders.

- Do not guilt: To clarify, this means to make (someone) feel guilty, especially in order to induce or manipulate them to do something whether it be intentional or unintentional. In this case, it is often to guilt others into gifting Jaders, dropping out of auctions, not continuing to bid, making others feel bad for bidding or winning etc. Doing so, despite multiple warnings to stop, will result in a permanent ban.

- Do not attack, guilt, or harass the artists and owners of this group for simply doing artwork for others to enjoy. Doing so will earn you a permanent ban on both the site and our group. 

- Do not attack, guilt, or harass the members of this group for owning certain Jaders or winning auctions/raffles/breedings. Doing so will result in a permanent ban on both the site and our group.

- Do not attack, guilt, or harass the members of this group for obtaining breeding or growth slots fairly before you. Doing so will result in a permanent ban on both the site and our group.

- Do not steal artwork of the Jaders or trace the Jader lines and call the species your own. Doing so will result in a permanent ban from the group and/or site, as well as a DMCA takedown if appropriate.

- Do not steal another member's Jaders and call them your own. Doing so will result in a permanent ban from the group and/or site.

- Do not raise auction prices simply to be malicious towards those trying to participate fairly with no intention of paying. Doing so will result in a permanent ban from the group and/or site.

- Permanent bans will result in your Jaders being retired. This means you will no longer be able to use them with our group, breedings, activities etc. ever again. A retired Jader essentially no longer exists or is canon to the Jader group. Though you still own the png's you will not be permitted to ever use them here again by any means, nor will trading or gifting them to others be permitted. You will also be blocked by the founder and co-founder and will not be permitted access or interaction to our works on DA again.

- If you no longer wish to keep any of your Jaders, and do not wish to gift or trade them to anyone of the group, you are allowed to give them back to the founder/co-founder to be placed back up for re-adoption.

JADER BREEDING RULES

- Each owner may only breed each of their Jaders up to three times total.

- You are allowed to arrange breedings with other owners and their Jaders. Jaders can not be bred to others without both owner's consent.

- You are allowed to breed your Jaders together if you own both. The breeding limit will count towards each, however. So if you breed two of your Jaders each one will then only have two breedings left.

- Breeding slots are a flat fee of $20 Paypal USD only. In the future slots will only be given out in either flat fees or competition prizes.

- You may split this fee with the one you are breeding your Jader with or choose to pay the whole amount yourself. You may also have a third party sponsor the breeding as well, however, the sponsor will not be able to reserve the breeding for themselves. Only the owner/owners of the two Jaders breeding my reserve a slot.

- You are allowed to sponsor breedings. However, this does NOT guarantee the sponsor a pup! You will have to work that out with the breeders among yourselves since only two pups will ever be given and only one if both breeding pair belongs to you.

- Cancelling a breeding slot will not free up another slot. Once you fairly reserve and pay the breeding fee then it is final. If you decide you no longer wish to do the breeding you will not be refunded. If the pups are already made they will be posted to keep things fair. Think carefully before taking a slot and be certain that everything is worked out before you pay the fee. 

- Jaders will have up to 2-4 pups tops! This will be random how many will be produced, but with each breeding, either the single owner may pick one Jader pup of their choosing, or if you are breeding with someone else's Jader, then each of you will choose one pup of your choosing before the rest are placed up for auctions, flat fees, raffles, contests etc.

- You are allowed to give your Jader of your choosing to another as a gift, trade them for other jaders, or hold your own contests for them to be adopted. If you do not wish to keep the pup you may offer it back to either the founder or co-founder and we will put it up for adoption ourselves.

- You cannot control or dictate what anyone does with the pups that you did not keep/were auctioned, raffled, or otherwise not in your possession. Meaning, do not tell anyone what they can or cannot do with a Jader that is not yours. If you gift a Jader to another you cannot dictate what someone does with that gift.

- If a jader is gifted the new owner can change the name, gender, and story if applicable.

- A Jader cannot be gifted after it has been bred until after its cool down is over. This is to avoid any disputes of those who may simply breed and then trade away the Jaders they no longer like.

- Understand that you will only be allowed to choose one Jader offspring from a litter. This means that if there are three pups, only one will go to you. Or, if you are sharing a breeding with another owner, then one will go to you and one will go to the other owner you are breeding your Jader with.

- The first pick of the litter should be decided between you and the other owner if you are breeding your Jaders with someone else's Jader.

- Understand that any remaining Jader offspring that were not chosen will be then given to our care to be placed up for auctions, raffles, or competitions, so as to allow others to have a chance at them.

- You are not allowed to breed litter mates so be sure to check that your Jaders are not related. Jaders that are related can only be bred after the third generation and so on.

- You can breed your Jaders with any gender due to Asher's Blessing in the breeding lore. So MxM or FxF pairings will yield you offspring.

- Cooldowns for adults that bred in the last breeding slots released will have to wait two months before their Jader can breed again. This starts the moment you reserve.

- Cooldowns for the adult's offspring of the last breeding will have to wait up to three months to breed. This starts the moment they are born.

- Do not harass, rush, or rudely message artists about breedings that have yet to be posted. If it has been past thirty days then politely send a message to the breeding artist in charge of your order to discuss the holdup.

- A user may only be involved in 2 breeding slots a month. This includes batches posted by other users. If you own one of the parents in a breeding it will count towards your limit as well. This is to give everyone a fair chance at grabbing slots.

JADER OWNERSHIP RULES

- Do not trade/co-own/sell/gift jaders to members who are banned from this group or who are banned by the individual artists that create jaders. This includes temporary bans and individual bans where an artist blacklists a player indefinitely from their own works and DA account. Doing so will result in your own permanent ban as well as all your jaders being retired in the process.

- Anyone who has been banned is NEVER allowed to sell/trade/co-own or gift their retired jaders.  That's the point of being banned and your jaders retired. Retired means they don't exist in this group and will not be allowed to participate in any of our group activities whatsoever.

- You are allowed to trade your jader for other adopts, artworks, commissions, physical items and services so long as it does not violate our rules.

- Trading for IOU's or "Vouchers" is at your own risk and we are not responsible for upholding the trade for whoever you got the IOU from. However, understand that trading for gift cards from Amazon or for PS4 and the like is not allowed since these are the same as trading for cash, and can be used as a loophole to get past our non-monetary rule for jaders that no longer hold monetary value. If it is found that you are doing this it could result in a ban.

- You are allowed to hold contests or your own raffles for jaders you wish to trade or gift away so long as it follows our rules for gifting/trading. We must be notified of all ownership changes.

- For now, co-ownership is permitted so long as it is not abused or used as a loophole in some way to bypass rules or bans. If this becomes a problem we will ban co-owning jaders altogether.

- You are allowed to sell your jaders. HOWEVER, you may only sell jaders that were originally purchased from the group with USD. This means raffles and contest jaders can not be sold for any sort of monetary gain! Those purchased through auctions, flat sales, and growths are permitted. Jaders that have been traded/gifted away through something other than a monetary exchange will lose their monetary value.

- Breedings do not count as sales. You can not sell bred pups you choose for yourself since the breeding payment was for the labor of making the entire litter. Only those left over who have been placed up for auction would qualify.

- Beans can be sold for the $10 USD base value or less. If it is grown that base value is $25 for both the bean and its grown version or less. Raffle beans can not be sold unless grown, then its base worth is only $15 USD or less since the bean itself was a raffle. If you traded or gifted your bean away then it will lose its monetary value.

- If you decide to sell a jader you can only sell it for a value that was equal to or less than its original value. You can not add the prices for art pieces or additional content commissioned to its overall sell value.

- Holding your own auctions for your jaders is NOT allowed. To reiterate, sales must be of a value less than or equal to the original purchase price. If anyone is caught doing this you will be permanently banned from the group and your jaders will be retired.

- Any jader sold/traded/gifted away must be reported to the group so that the master list can be updated. Failure to do so could result in a potential ban.

- Understand that we can not be held responsible if you were scammed or the other trader/seller did not hold up their end of the deal. Anything traded or sold offsite is strictly at your own risk and out of our control, so please only do so with those you trust or know are reputable individuals.

Violation of any of the above rules in this document may result in having your jaders retired or being banned, the length of which is at the sole discretion of the Jader Group's owner.
